What is Omniquad Resellers Program?
A. Under this program you will be entitled to resell an/all Omniquad product(s) from your website or through your sales force in your territory. All the products will bear Omniquad brand name and will be sold by you as a third party. On every sale you make for Omniquad, you will receive a percentage of sales as commission. In addition to this, if the customer renews the license after a year you will again receive the same percentage of the deal without any sales effort from your end — a snow balling effect to your revenue.

A. We do not have a defined eligibility criterion as such. Please fill out the form here and we shall get back to you within two business days. Acceptance or rejection of an application will be at the discretion of Omniquad Limited.

Q. Which products/services can I sell? Can I list the entire Omniquad portfolio on my website?
A. Yes, you can sell any and all products of Omniquad. After you register with us, you can write to the Account Manager regarding your interest in selling the particular products/services. We shall provide you with relevant information as soon as we get your query.
Q. How do I order a license for my customer?
A. Almost all our products and service have trial offer. After getting a request from you, we will activate the trial for our mutual customer. If the customer makes the payment to your account, we will generate an invoice for you on the amount due. Incase the customer makes payment to Omniquad, we will intimate you with in two business days and credit your commission to your account. Payment transfer shall take place every 30 days or a period mutually agreed upon.
Q. Do I Have to provide any kind of technical support?
A. No, Omniquad will cater to all the customer requirements. Your role is to get the customer and intimate us to activate the trial for the customer.
Q. Can I use the content, images and other information from your website to promote an Omniquad product?
A. Yes, you can use the content and images on Omniquad website to promote the product / service on your website or as part of your offline communication for your clients. We will also provide you with digital brochures and white papers for promotional purposes.
Q. Is there an option of discounted selling to Non Profit Organization/NGOs and Educational Institutions?
A. Yes, We offer our products and services at a discounted rate to such institutions. We are aware of our social responsibility towards the younger generation and the organizations working for social cause. We would require details about the customer and the discount will be decided accordingly.
Q. What kind of discounts/commissions can I expect as a reseller?
A. Our commission percentages differ from product to product and also depend on the amount of revenue you get for us on a monthly basis. After you register with us and let us know about your interest in a particular product or service, we will e-mail you with the details of how much you can earn as commission.
Q. Does Omniquad provide any technical or sales training to the resellers?
A. Yes, we will provide you with detailed documentation on what the service does and where all it can help the end user. Also, there are documents on how the use the services and products. Incase of any issues you can always write to the account manager and we shall provide you with relevant advice.

A. No, on a regular basis, we only sell digital downloads of our software products. If there is a big order, we will need approximately 4 weeks to deliver the software in CD boxes.
